And secondly, I've built a relationship with the salespeople there. I've bought dozens of vehicles there over the years. We have been with Murray's for more than a decade. They honestly go out of their way to help you in any way they can. If anything goes wrong they make it up to you right away. They're extremely friendly and personable and they treat you like you're their only and most important customer. Even if you're going in for an oil change, they treat you like you're going in and buying a Cadillac. It's a personal service and you don't feel like you're just a number. That's huge for a business. I switched my business over to Murray's about 10 years ago and I can't think of a reason that would make me ever change. I got my first Avalanche there and I've had two more since. I really like doing business at Murray's. I treally think it's the service and people that keep me coming back. Everyone is outgoing and they'll really do anything they can to keep you happy. I know all garages claim to do that now, but it's the small touches at Murray's that mean a lot; you always get a complementary wash, the shuttle service is always there and on time. - Bob Woodmass
