The fact that the Murray Automotive Group is local to Brandon is really impressive. I feel fortunate to be able to have a state of the art facility like that in Brandon and that the company has kept its Brandon store as the cornerstone of their whole business. They decided to stay in Brandon and they've spent an awful lot of money on the new dealership. That investment alone, I think the customer is the biggest winner. I've been doing business with Murray's for more than 20 years. There's a couple of things that keep me coming back. For one, the service is second to none. And secondly, I've built a relationship with the salespeople there. I've bought dozens of vehicles there over the years. I've always driven General Motors and I've had really good service and really good luck with the product. I've never had a reason to change. Most of my family, if not all of them, drive General Motors products. The brand has been in our family for a long time. All three of us brothers who farm together drive one and the kids as well. As for what keeps us doing business at Murray's? I think the sales team is top notch. And the service department as well. We know many of them on a first name basis and I feel entirely comfortable that everyone is making an effort to get the job done right. I'm sure it was hard to imagine they were going to be where they are today but hey, that's how things have worked out and I think they've done a great job. We have been with Murray's for more than a decade. They honestly go out of their way to help you in any way they can. If anything goes wrong they make it up to you right away. They're extremely friendly and personable and they treat you like you're their only and most important customer. Even if you're going in for an oil change, they treat you like you're going in and buying a Cadillac. It's a personal service and you don't feel like you're just a number. That's huge for a business. I switched my business over to Murray's about 10 years ago and I can't think of a reason that would make me ever change. I got my first Avalanche there and I've had two more since. I really like doing business at Murray's. I treally think it's the service and people that keep me coming back. Everyone is outgoing and they'll really do anything they can to keep you happy.
