Tire Storage Procedure
Simply book a service appointment to have your tires changed at Murray Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC and tell us you would like to enroll in our tire storage program.
We will remove your existing tires and replace them with your seasonal tires. All tires will be labeled with a unique Bar Code which is tied to your vehicle. They are then securely stored for the "off season" until you are ready to swap out your tires again.
When you're ready to retrieve your tires, just book a service appointment and we will ensure we have your tires ready to go.

Question: How long do you store tires for?
Answer: We will store them for as long as you need; although we recommend you change your tires seasonally every 6 months.
Question: What is the cost for additional or long-term storage?
Answer: $54.95 every six months
Question: How will I know my six months is coming due?
Answer: We keep a log of your timeframe for you and will notify you by e-mail, phone or letter as your six months come near
Question: How do you keep track of my tires?
Answer: We have a sophisticated software system that will provide you and your tires with a unique bar code that is directly related to your vehicle. When you are ready to retrieve you tires, we simply call upon your number and the tires are taken from storage.

Answer: our tires are stored in our secure parts department, on-site to ensure the quality storage and safety of your tires
Question: What is the cost for a set of new tires?
Answer: Tire pricing varies based on the year, make, and model of your vehicle and also depends on your needs. Please contact us or go online to request a tire and/or wheel quote.
The cost for storage is only $54.95 per season, but does not include the cost of the tire swap. The tire storage period is for a six month time period from the date of storage. If tires are left beyond the six month period, the customer is subject to additional fees.
You might find it beneficial to have both sets of tires on rims, saving you the additional expense of mounting and demounting the tires every season. Please contact our Parts Department for the winter wheel rim specials we have at 204-728-6624.
